PUT ON POLICY
Policy:
• When we install press-ons for our clients, 99% our press-ons last up to 3-4 weeks, if anything happen with your press-ons, you have to pay for fix them (about $3 to $7 for 1 finger).
• We don't do Return or Exchange.
Payment method: Cashapp, Zelle or Cash.

1• Return - Cancel - Exchange?
There is only sizing exchange. (No return, cancel or exchange designs after payment made).
In order to exchange your size you have to inform us within 5 days after you receive package.
2• How to exchange?
You have to send the nails back to us within 100% good condition. (Shipping fee will be paid by customer).
Once we receive your exchange items, we will have another set in different sizes ready to be shipped within 2-3days of receiving your exchange order. (Shipping fee will be paid by vietquoc).

3• Never receive your package?
When the tracking showed that package was delivered, We are not responsible for this problem. The item may be stolen or wrongly delivered. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item.
This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777). Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email or text message as soon as your order departs our facilities.
“It’s your responsibility to contact USPS to resolve the issue”.
